Greetings!

This web site is a photo album for our family.  It is unlikely to be of interest to anyone other than our close friends and family.

Special Note - Be aware that as new pictures are added I try to put them in chronological order.  So, you may open a folder and look at the end of the run of pic's and miss something new in the middle.   A good example is Nolan's folder.   I added a new animated .gif to his folder at the end of the run but I also added pic's in the middle, trying to keep the pic's of a certain age in close proximity.

Be sure to use your refresh button to see the new pic's when visiting folders you have looked at before.

     November 28, 2007 - Added three folders to the "Stars and Bars" folder under "The Folks".   Ingrhams and Bakers have ancestors who served faithfully in the American war to assert state's rights.    These new folders memorialize their contribution to that effort.

November 30, 2007 - Additions to "Linda", "Cindy", "Kate", "Jeran", "Boys at Play", "Nolan", "Kaden" and new folders for "Terry" and "Tom" under "Other Folks".  All I can say is, "Linda made me do it!!!!!"

December 11, 2007 - I finally added more photos to the folders in "Our Travels", "The Road to Maine".  If you've been to some of these folders you may need to click on the "Refresh" button of your browser to get the new additions to display.  New York 2, New Jersey, North Carolina, and the Biltmore Estate.  More additions may be found at Mountain Farm Museum.

May 3, 2010  -   I need your help!!!

Linda said, "Hey honey, you didn't get a picture of everyone at Hope's house during the Christmas get together."

I said, "No kidding?   Which one of the 113 people there did I miss?"

"Well," she said, "there was blah blah and blah blah blah and of course blah."

"Oh yeah," I replied, "you are right, my love!"

"There's a simple explanation, baby.  You see, blah blah ducks and runs anytime a camera comes out.   Then blah blah blah is always eating so any picture of them looks clunky because of the position of their chewing mouth.  As for blah, well, sometimes I just plain miss someone.  And, of course, there's the mercy exclusion.  That's where, try as I might, none of the pictures I took of someone turns out to be something I think they would want me to share with the world.  You know, like one of those broad side of a barn type shots that happens when someone turns away from you and bends over just as you trigger the shutter."

"But," she countered, "what if you hurt someone's feelings because you didn't document their attendance at a function?"

What to do, what to do.  I KNOW!!!  Here's my open invitation to anyone who took pictures at any of our get togethers that wants me to share them here.  Send them by email to Linda or burn them on a disk and mail them to us.  I will be happy to post as many as I can.   Honest.  I'm not kidding.  If you have a photo you like send it to us, please.  The more photographers we have working the better.
